Google tag manager is used to add tags used in the website.

Eg: Analytics, Any other tracking code, etc..

We can provide all those data in a single console provided by the tag manager.

Here we need to create an account with our website details.  This is what is called “Work space” in tag manager.
If we have multiple website, we can create each work space for each website.

Once we publish this works space we will get a code to insert in our website. A header portion and a body tag.

Only need to add this much code in our website.

All other tags can be added in the “tags” section of created “Work space” .
